Project 2: Line Icon: Pie!
Pie was an obvious choice as an icon to represent me. Not only am I a huge fan of pie, but it reminds me of fall and winter- my favorite seasons. I enjoy the end of the year with holiday festivities and a nice hot slice of pie. These icons represent pie in a fun and clean manner. While they are not identical to one another, they all sucesfully convey pie at different pixel levels.

Project 1: Intention Postcard
I designed this postcard to represent my emotions during my final semester at Binghamton University. As a senior, I am eagerly awaiting graduation. The clock symbolizes the time passing, with the hands set at the time of the Graduation Commencement on May 17th (5/17). Althogh the ceremony will take place in May 2019, my final semester is in the fall of 2018, when I will have officially earned my Degree in Graphic Design. Aesthetically, this postcard is clean and timeless which reflects my design style.

Project 3: "The Little Red Hen" Digital Story
When told to design a simple navigtional story as a digital piece, I could think of only one classic tale to model it after. "The Little Red Hen" is a favorite of mine that I used to read as a child. Readers learn that those who contribute hard work are able to reap the beneifts later on, which is something I have learned first hand in life. The digital illustrations echo the original hand drawn artwork, with a more modern and condensed style. Click the image below to fiew the full illustrated story.
